• No Booking is confirmed without Pre-Payment as required to secure.
  No Refunds in Cash for early departure, meals of other services invoiced and paid.
•   In the event of no-show or late cancellations (5 days) we reserve the right to recover full booking value.
  We are fully Wheelchair friendly including selected Accommodation
•   All Suites and covered Public Areas are strictly “No Smoking”
•  Meals times: Breakfast 07h00 – 09h30 /Lunch Packed, to go/ Dinner 18h00 – 19h00
• The proprietors and the employees offhis establishment shall not be responsible for the loss or damage of any nature, including that as a result of theft or bodily injury, suffered by any person who enters these premises and utilizes the facilities on offering arising out of any circumstances whatsoever. All persons entering these premises and utilizing the facilities on offer do so entirely at their own risk.

• Please meet them at the gate as we do not allow deliveries onto the property.
