We do not accommodate person under 16.
The Owners have pets, so no animals allowed.
Wi-Fi is complimentary and subject to service supply.

Check In: 14h00-18h30 (M – F) & 16h00-18h30 (S – S) Check-out by: 10.00am
We reserve the right to charge a late check in/check out fee

Cancellation Policy:
Early check-outs or no shows, guest/travel agent is liable for full amount of the fee.
Full payment is due to secure the accommodation.
Same day bookings allowed.
Cancellation 0 – 7 days before date of arrival or no-show, visitor forfeits 100%
Where a Travel Agency has issued a voucher to secure a booking, the Travel Agency shall be liable in the event of short notice cancellation or no show, or where payment is indicated as “direct settlement by client”
Cancellation 8 – 15 days before date of arrival, visitor forfeits 75%
This Booking Office levies a 15% administration fee on any refunds processed.
Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R350 charge will be levied.
