• Check in Times :
  Check-in Mon – Fri between 14h00 and 18:30 Reception closes at 19:00.
  Check-ins Sat & Sun between 16h30 and 18h30
  Check-ins after this time will attract a late check-in fee of R130, unless prior arranged.
  We do not accept check-ins after 21:00 as this may inconvenience other guests.

• Payment Terms :   Where a pre-payment applies, it is payable on invoice to secure the accommodation.
  We do not accept cheque deposits/payments.
  We cannot “hold” rooms for longer than 24 hours.
  Travel Vouchers are due within 24 hours to secure the booking
  Visa or Master Card is available.

• Cancellation policy :
  Where bookings are cancelled three working days or less prior to arrival, guest/travel agent is liable for 80%   of the original fee, should the rooms not be sold on.
  Where a travel agency has issued a voucher to secure a booking, the travel agency shall be liable in the   event of a short notice cancellation or no show, where payment is indicated as “direct settlement by client”.
  Early check-outs or no shows, guest/travel agent is liable for full amount of the fee
